Triumphant Life Podcast: Episode 10 – Everything is Energy. My Classified Blueprint for a Better Life
I spoke several weeks ago about how everything starts with energy. This was a basic take on the topic that your level of well-being affects your energy level, which is the foundation for a successful life. I mentioned how good quality sleep, being hydrated, eating healthy, and moving your body and deep breathing are all foundational ways to live a high-energy life. I also teach in my High Performance coaching program to set uninterrupted 50 – 60 minute block times to work on an important task and then to be sure to take energizing breaks to keep your energy and clarity high all throughout the day.
Today, however, I am going to take you much deeper into this topic of energy in a way that will dramatically improve your life.
Everything doesn’t just start with energy; everything is energy. This includes the thoughts that you choose, the words that you say, and the things that you do all generate energy. The things you think, say and do are all energy that you put out into the universe and that energy is either going to fuel a positive life of joy, success, and fulfillment or fuel a life of struggle and disappointment. Therefore, it is absolutely critical that you choose these things wisely.
Start by monitoring what you say to yourself. Is negative self-talk ruling your life or are you deliberately choosing thoughts that encourage and support confidence? If you understand that everything is energy than you know that what you put out into the world or universe is what you get back in return.
It has been proven that the world’s most accomplished people, or what we call high performers, set intentions with everything that they do and are constantly working on their psychology and choosing thoughts that are high vibration energy thoughts. Compare low vibration thoughts of anger, guilt, shame, and fear to high vibration energy thoughts of peace, love, and joy. The two ends of the spectrum have very different feelings. The blueprint for living a better life is to always strive for your thoughts and feelings to be in the high vibration energy frequencies of positivity.
So how do you do this? I’m not saying it is always easy but anything worthwhile is certainly worth striving for. Find ways to raise your vibration through meditation, prayer, practicing gratitude, getting out in nature, listening to great uplifting music that makes you dance or doing anything that you love that brings you joy. Have these tools ready to go when you need them and keep using them to keep your energy vibration elevated.
