Experience an elegant farm-to-table dinner at SanaView Farms. We are taking our famous farm-dinner experience and creating a fabulous Holiday Feast in the Mountains!

Chef Nicolas will be creating a fantastic multi-course meal for you, crafted with farm-fresh produce and other locally sourced ingredients. With five courses of delicious foods, a complimentary wine tasting, gorgeous scenery, and crisp mountain air, this is sure to be an evening you won’t forget!

Relax in our Historic Landmark renovated barn throughout the evening as you sip wine and surround yourself with good company. This event will be exclusively in our heated and insulated barn, keeping everyone warm and comfortable throughout the evening.

A complimentary wine tasting will be provided with additional wine available upon making donations to the Westmoreland County Food Bank during the event.

Due to the complexity of the menu and the quality of the food Chef Nicolas produces, we are limiting seating to the first 40 reservations. A portion of event proceeds go to the Westmoreland County Food Bank.

Doors will open at 3:45PM and dinner will begin at 4:00PM with hors d’oeuvres.

As every event is different, and as our chef works to create the best menu possible with in-season ingredients, our menus are not defined until a week or two before the event. We pick produce fresh for use in various salads and main-course dishes. We source the remaining ingredients from other local purveyors, organic wherever possible.

Hors d’oeuvre

– Sesame Feuillete

– Mini Crab Cake with Lemon Aioli Sauce

– Truffle, Goat Cheese, Pistachio, and Grape Toast

First Course

– Pumpkin, Carrot, and Fennel Soup

Second Course

– Smoked Salmon with Fresh Microgreens and Blinis

Main Course

– Local Grass-fed Beef Bourguignon with Roasted Brussels Sprouts and Homemade Spaetzle

(Vegetarian option to the beef will be a vegetarian field roast, by request)

Dessert Course

– Chocolate Mousse Yule Log with Vanilla Sauce

Finishing off with an assortment of SanaView Farms Christmas Cookies and Mulled Wine
