Ingredients:
- 3/4 cup raw almond butter
- 1/2 cup sunflower seeds ground in a spice grinder (you may soak and dehydrate before grinding if you have a dehydrator)
- 1/4 cup raw sesame tahini
- 1/4 cup hemp seeds
- 1/4 cup of raw cocao or carob powder
- 1 1/2tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp ground ginger
- 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
- 2 T vanilla extract
- 15 – 20 drops of liquid stevia extract or to taste
Preparation:
Combine all of the ingredients in a mixing bowl or food processor, form into balls and roll in chopped nuts, or cocao powder, or shredded coconut or additional hemp seeds. Refrigerate and serve.
