Adapted from a recipe by Dr. Anna Marie Clement of Hippocrates Health Institute

Ingredients:
  • 3/4 cup raw almond butter 
  • 1/2 cup sunflower seeds ground in a spice grinder (you may soak and dehydrate before grinding if you have a dehydrator)
  • 1/4 cup raw sesame tahini
  • 1/4 cup hemp seeds
  • 1/4 cup of raw cocao or carob powder
  • 1 1/2tsp ground cinnamon 
  • 1/2 tsp ground ginger 
  • 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
  • 2 T vanilla extract
  • 15 – 20 drops of liquid stevia extract or to taste
Preparation:

Combine all of the ingredients in a mixing bowl or food processor, form into balls and roll in chopped nuts, or cocao powder, or shredded coconut or additional hemp seeds. Refrigerate and serve.

Servings:

about 6 truffles
