Ingredients:
- 1/2 Acorn Squash or winter squash of choice
- 1/2 head of broccoli
- 1/2 head of cauliflower
- 1 -2 cloves of chopped garlic
- Flax or olive oil
- Sea salt and fresh ground pepper to taste
Preparation:
Chop vegetables into bite size pieces. Steam squash in a pot with a bit of water. Once the squash begins to get tender, add the remaining vegetables and garlic and steam until slightly tender. Remove from heat and add oil, salt, and pepper.
