[print-me]RAW BUTTERNUT SQUASH SOUP
Adapted from Dr. Gabriel Cousens of the Tree of Life Rejuvenation Center by my friend David Dreyfus.

Ingredients:

2 C butternut squash peeled and cubed
1 Red bell pepper seeded and chopped
2 Stalks of celery
1 Tomato
1 Small Leek
2 T Parsley
2 T Cilantro
1 T Flax Oil
2 ½ C Water
1 tsp Sea Salt
½ tsp Cinnamon
¼ tsp black pepper
dash of cayenne

Preparation:

Combine all of the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. You may blend until slightly warm if you choose. Garnish with more parsley and cilantro.
