Ingredients:
  • 1 cup of non-dairy milk (such as almond, rice, soy, coconut, hemp or flax milk)
  • ½ cup of pumpkin puree
  • 2 frozen bananas
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
Preparation:

Place all in a blender and enjoy!
