Chocolate Banana Smoothie:
- 3 cups of frozen bananas chopped
- 2 cups of non-dairy milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 T of cocoa or carob powder
- Pinch of sea salt
Blue Sunset
(adapted from Raw Food Real World)
- 2 cups pineapple chunks
- 1 small ripe banana or 1 cup of frozen chopped banana
- 1 cup diced mango
- 1 1/2 cups of non-dairy milk
- 2 fresh dates (optional if you need it to be sweeter)
- 2 T vanilla extract
- Pinch of sea salt
Blend all of the above and pour half into serving glasses filling glasses full. Add 1 cup of blueberries to what is remaining in the blender and pour on top
Berry Smoothie:

- 2 – 3 cups of non-dairy milk
- 2 cups of frozen bananas
- 2 cups of either frozen strawberries or blueberries
- 4 T apple juice concentrate
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Apple Pie Smoothie:
- 2 cups non-dairy milk
- 1 apple chopped
- 1/2 cup pecans
- 1/4 cup coconut flakes
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
Peach/Mango Smoothie
- 2 – 3 cups of nut milk or any non-dairy milk
- 2 cups of frozen bananas
- 2 cups of either frozen peaches and mangoes or any fruit of choice
- 4 T apple juice concentrate (or cup organic bottled juice)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Nut Milk Protein Smoothie:
- Nut milk
- vanilla extract
- 5 T hemp seeds or protein powder (consult Janet about a good protein powder)
- 1/2 banana
- Blueberries
Nate’s Favorite Breakfast Smoothie:
(my son loves this in the morning!)
- 1 cup frozen blueberries
- 1 banana (fresh or frozen)
- 1 T ground flax seed
- 2 T hemp seed
- 1 cup non-dairy milk (we also add a handful of spinach or other greens – see green smoothie ideas below)

Tropical Smoothie:
- 2 cups frozen pineapple
- 2 cups frozen mango
- 3 frozen or fresh bananas
- 4 cups of orange juice
Hemp Protein Smoothie:
- 1/4 cup shelled hemp seeds
- 1 scoop of protein powder of choice (optional)
- 1 1/4 cups water
- 1 ripe banana
- 1 handful of frozen strawberries
- Cacao powder can be added as an option
Blueberry Watermelon Freeze:
