My son and I love to enjoy a wonderful yummy but healthy “milk” shake when he comes home from school. It’s times like these we know that life is good!!!
- 2 cups of nut milk or any non-dairy milk of choice
- 2 frozen bananas
- Optionally, for a more gourmet flavor you may add:
- Dash of sea salt
- 1 tsp alcohol free vanilla extract
Then select the flavor for your “milk” shake by choosing one of the following:
For a chocolate milk shake:
2 T Raw cacao powder for a good organic cocoa powder (no sugar or dairy added)
For a strawberry milk shake:
1 small bag of frozen strawberries or fresh strawberries
For a peach milk shake:
1 small bag of frozen peaches or 2 fresh peaches in season
For a blueberry milk shake:
1 small bag of frozen blueberries or 1 pint of fresh
I think you get the idea!
Place all of the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Then enjoy!!
