
Make Your Own Walnut Butter

This simple recipe is great for an anti-inflammatory diet and is high in omega-3 fatty acids.
Ingredients:
- Walnuts
- Pinch of Sea Salt
Preparation:
Simply place walnuts in a food processor or high speed blender with a pinch of sea salt and blend to desired consistency. The same process can also be used with almonds but they will need to be blended for longer.
