
Guacamole

This recipe is so simple and delicious and provides a great source of healthy fats and nutrients. Use guacamole as a dip, to top burritos, as a spread for wraps and sandwiches or even to top a salad.
Ingredients:
- 2 ripe avocados
- Juice of 1/2 lime
- 1/4 cup of cilantro
- 2 – 3 spring onions
- Sea salt to taste – optional
Preparation:
- Peel avocado and place sections in a bowl. Pour the juice over the avocado, add the cilantro, sliced onions and sea salt and mash together.
- Serve with baked tortilla chips, flax crackers or pieces of fresh vegetables such as celery, tomato, red pepper or cucumber.
