Ingredients:
  • 2 ripe avocados
  • Juice of 1/2 lime
  • 1/4 cup of cilantro
  • 2 – 3 spring onions
  • Sea salt to taste – optional
Preparation:
  1. Peel avocado and place sections in a bowl. Pour the juice over the avocado, add the cilantro, sliced onions and sea salt and mash together.
  2. Serve with baked tortilla chips, flax crackers or pieces of fresh vegetables such as celery, tomato, red pepper or cucumber.
