This workshop will give you an introduction to our week long intensive program, “Discovering the Power Within to Heal”, developed by Janet McKee, Dr. Stanley Wetschler and Jayne Wetschler. You will be given tools supported by evidence-based studies to activate your body, mind, and spirit. As the local representative for the Physician’s Committee for Responsible Medicine, Janet McKee will present nutritional instruction based on programs authored by Dr. Neal Bernard, M.D. and others. The dietary component will include delectable gourmet vegan, cooked and raw foods, with hands-on workshops in juicing, blending and sprouting.
