The secret of the universe is that everything is comprised of energy, frequency and vibration. When you begin to look at your life from an energetic perspective, you can begin to realize where there may be energy blocks that are stopping what you want from flowing to you. In this article, we teach you how to raise your energy vibration and get you to dial into the right frequency so that you attract into your life the wonderful things that you desire.

How is your energy right now? At what level are you vibrating? What frequency are you dialing into at this moment? All of these are creating current and future life experiences. It is time to create a better now so that your future can be greatly improved.

Have you ever noticed that when you are feeling great both physically and emotionally that everything goes well that day? On the contrary, when you feel like you’ve “woken up on the wrong side of the bed” then everything in your day goes badly. You find yourself saying, “ I should have stayed in bed today!” This is not an illusion, it’s your energy, vibration and the frequency you are tuning into that is creating this reality. Once your energy becomes constricted, at the first notice of something going wrong in your day, everything else the rest of the day reflects back your constricted energy. Good things can’t flow to you when your energy field is tight and contracted.

The opposite of constricted is expanded which means, extended and broadened.  Abundant people have expanded energy all around them. This alone will dramatically improve your current situation and your overall life.

It’s important to realize that your thoughts are like magnets drawing to you whatever you are thinking.  Some call this the mirroring affect and others the Law of Attraction. What is happening inside of you is reflected in terms of everything you see in your world and around you. You can use energy, or magnetism, to create what you want through thought. You are actually drawing things to you by achieving a certain state of mind, which is actually your energy vibration and frequency. What are you magnetizing to yourself right now?

When we begin to realize that our thoughts are energy and we are vibrating at a certain level or frequency and how this is impacting our lives, then we begin to realize that we have complete control over our reality. This is so empowering and no longer do you need to feel that you are a victim of circumstances.

If you are feeling bad about yourself, feeling unlovable, unattractive and unhealthy, what type of people are you going to attract into your life? If you are telling yourself that you are worthless, what type of career opportunities are you going to attract? Yes many of us feel this way from time-to-time. Do not feel bad about having negative thoughts about yourself or your situation. Just begin to pay attention to these and treat these thoughts like a child who needs to be shown a better way.

Negative thoughts are considered Low Vibration Energy thoughts and Positive Thoughts are High Vibration Energy thoughts. Low Vibration Energy (or LVE), as taught to me by my colleague Glen Ackerman, is reflected in feelings of stress, fear, anxiety, anger, resentment, jealousy, self-sabotage or addictions, out of control behavior, being unfocused or unproductive, feeling like a victim, powerlessness, procrastination, panic, lack or feeling limited in some way. LVE thoughts are coming from an outside source that is seeking you out and trying to hack into your brain, infiltrate your thinking and take you down. These do not represent the truth so they are actually not real.

High Vibration Energy (HVE) thoughts, on the other hand, include free flowing joyous thoughts, creativity and being highly productive. HVE thoughts need to be sought after. You need to seek them out and grab onto them.  HVE dissolves LVE and can create emotional freedom.

LVE sometimes can disguise itself as HVE because it gives us the feeling of pleasure, like drugs and alcohol. This can lead to addictive behavior. So, just like I spoke about detoxing our physical body last time in my discussion around fear, we are now referring to ways to detox your energy body. In my upcoming book and online course, I will teach you simple exercises you can do to remove any LVE and make room for HVE.

Positive thoughts are more powerful than negative ones, because the positive ideas are actually the truth. When you reach for high vibration positive thoughts it diminishes the low vibration thoughts. Lasting change can happen when you become energetically aware and learn how to identify harmful energies and move them out. The truth is that you are loveable and worthy, strong and capable and so very beautiful.

It’s like tuning into a radio station. We are already perfect vibrant beings that naturally vibrate at a high frequency. We just need to be reminded of how to tune into that channel. Your feelings are like your ears when listening to the radio station. What you are feeling is what you are tuning into on the radio dial of thought frequency. If you are dialing into LVE, you will get LVE.   And as proven by the law of attraction, HVE attracts more HVE. This is why it will become easier to think high vibration thoughts the more you do it.

Where are you on that list? Where do you tend to hang out with your thinking? What would it take for you to take steps up that ladder of thoughts and reach for a higher rung?

Most of our challenges in life are very simply a lack of peace at some level. When you live at peace, you are in an ultimate state of harmony where all good things flow to you and from you. People think that if they are successful in achieving their goals, they will then find happiness and peace. Actually, what we are teaching here is that you need to feel that way on the inside first, and then your goals will be easily achieved. Peace is actually the cause of the abundance of all good things. You must find peace first.

How do you go from low vibration thoughts to high vibration thoughts? The answer is, one rung of that ladder at a time. Nobody expects you to leap from shame to joy in one thought. That is unrealistic and you will only feel frustrated by trying. Instead, we have tools you can use to take yourself up one rung at a time until you reach the top where you can see for miles around you.

As some of my clients explain to me, they simply “Go to their happy place” in their mind when the day is a challenging. Where is your happy place? Is it the beach, or the forest, or when you are with someone you love? Whatever it is, go there every time you need a lift up the ladder.

You must be a vibrational match to what you want in order for it to flow into your life. You must tune into the same frequency on your radio dial. You can feel your way to success simply by feeling if you are in a vibrational match to what you want.

I’ve been teaching my clients for years to choose thoughts that feel good. Pay attention to the thoughts you are thinking and practice choosing ones that feel better. Use your feelings as your guide to let you know where you are on the ladder and find a way to take a step up.

When you hang out at the top, watch how serendipity starts to show up in your life. Everything you need, right at the moment you need it, will show up for you. Life just flows when you are in the flow of positive vibration and high energy.
