Is It Possible to Change the Past? Actually, Yes! Find Out How.
Are you still suffering over something that happened in the past? Are you dealing with thoughts and feelings of regret, guilt, shame, anger, hurt or frustration? Do you feel hopeless about ever getting to a better place in your life because you are still holding on to issues from the past that you believe you simply can’t change?
I’m here to tell you that you actually can change the past and begin to create a better future immediately. How do you do that? It comes down to first accepting what has happened. This takes you from a negative place to a neutral place of acceptance. Then, begin to ask yourself, “What has that challenge taught me?” “What gifts came out of dealing with that difficulty?”
All of our challenges teach us valuable lessons that make us stronger and wiser. When you realize that each one benefits you in some way, you begin to actually appreciate them and the suffering subsides. Even if someone has hurt you, learn to have compassion for their shortcomings. As soon as you begin to change your viewpoint and your attitude about the past, then the energy inside of you begins to shift from low levels of negativity to higher levels of acceptance, understanding, hope, faith, trust, and positive expectations. And, the more you live at these higher level more positive thoughts and feelings, the better you begin to feel now and the more amazing your life becomes.
Stop suffering over the past by shifting your thinking and your attitude around the things that have happened and you will immediately heal the past and thus your life. This is how you change the past.
