  • 2 cups of Brazil nuts (optionally soaked & dehydrated for a truly raw version)
  • 1 cup dates, pitted and soaked
  • 2.5 T carob powder
  • 1 T ground cinnamon

I simply combine all of the ingredients in a food processor until coarse “dough” is created.

Using a tablespoon of the mixture at a time, form into a ball or cookie shape of choice.
