Brazil Nut and Date Cookies

Adapted from Hippocrates Health Institute
- 2 cups of Brazil nuts (optionally soaked & dehydrated for a truly raw version)
- 1 cup dates, pitted and soaked
- 2.5 T carob powder
- 1 T ground cinnamon
I simply combine all of the ingredients in a food processor until coarse “dough” is created.
Using a tablespoon of the mixture at a time, form into a ball or cookie shape of choice.
