You can halve all of the ingredients to make enough for 1 – 2 people.

I add greens to the smoothie to add incredible nutrition to this yummy drink.

Ingredients:
  • 2 – 3 cups of nut milk or any non-dairy milk
  • 2 cups of frozen bananas
  • 2 cups of either frozen strawberries or blueberries
  • 4 T apple juice concentrate
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • A handful of any green leafy vegetable (optional) such as spinach, kale, romaine, parsley etc.
Preparation:

Place all in a blender and enjoy!
