This is so good that I always get raving compliments from the crowd when I bring this to parties and gatherings.

  • 1 bunch of spinach, cleaned and large stems removed cup chopped parsley
  • 2 T almond butter
  • 1 T flax oil
  • 2 T nama shoyu or tamari
  • 1 lemon juiced
  • 1 clove of garlic, pressed or minced

Place all of the ingredients in a food processor and combine into a creamy dip.

Serve this as a dip with vegetables or whole grain crackers and breads. You can use this as a spread for wraps and sandwiches as well.
