This is so good that I always get raving compliments from the crowd when I bring this to parties and gatherings.
Ingredients:
- 1 bunch of spinach, cleaned and large stems removed cup chopped parsley
- 2 T almond butter
- 1 T flax oil
- 2 T nama shoyu or tamari
- 1 lemon juiced
- 1 clove of garlic, pressed or minced
Preparation:
Place all of the ingredients in a food processor and combine into a creamy dip.
Serve this as a dip with vegetables or whole grain crackers and breads. You can use this as a spread for wraps and sandwiches as well.
