Ingredients:
- Large bunch of greens such as spinach, kale, collards, or swiss chard
- 1 – 2 T olive oil, sesame oil or coconut oil (or you can water sauté by using a small amount of water in place of your cooking oil)
- 2 T of pine nuts
- 2 T of raisins or currants
- Sea salt to taste – optional
Preparation:
Sautee nuts and raisins in oil until raisins are slightly soft and nuts begin to brown gently. Add greens and cook briefly until soft but still bright green.
