About this event

Since we’re already making a complete feast for our own holiday celebration, we thought we would extend the invite and welcome a few guests to the farm for the evening. Join us for a fabulous five-course meal that pays homage to tradition and captures the essence of farm-to-table dining in every bite. 

A complimentary wine tasting is included with your ticket, and additional wine will be available throughout the night with a donation to the Westmoreland County Food Bank. 

As always, we will have gluten-free, vegan, and vegetarian options so all of our guests can enjoy the full farm-to-table experience. 

Our owner’s family came from a small farm town in Italy. After visiting this small town as a young adult, it inspired her to own a farm and grow food with love. Since she is deeply connected to her Italian heritage, she decided that there’s no better way to celebrate the holidays than with a farm-to-table twist on the Feast of the Seven Fishes.

• Cioppino (Clam Stew in a Tomato Base) or Vegan Butternut Squash Soup with Fried Sage

• Baccalà (cod) Salad over Farm Fresh Greenhouse Greens

• Choice of Broiled Salmon, Stuffed Beef Braciole, or Baked Tofu, All Drizzled with a Parsley Butter Sauce

All About Farm-to-Table

The ingredients served at SanaView Farms’ farm-to-table dinner experience are fresh, organic, and sure to tantalize your taste buds. We craft delicious meals from ingredients grown right from our farm, and when a dish calls for something that isn’t grown or raised here, we source ingredients from local food purveyors.  

When and Where

This event is taking place on Saturday, December 11th from 5:00PM until 9:00PM at SanaView Farms. 

SanaView Farms is a 52 Acre Historic Landmark Organic Farm located 3 miles from the Donegal exit of I-76.

The event is taking place in our fully renovated barn which includes coverage from the elements and two bathrooms.
