Come and enjoy a locally sourced organic meal during the peak of the season at SanaView Farms.
There is no better way to spend your Labor Day weekend than to enjoy a relaxing stroll around our historic landmark organic farm nestled in the Laurel Mountains, while the staff prepares a fabulous multi-course sensation all made from local and organic ingredients.
This is not just a dinner but a culinary experience you will never forget.
Wine and hors d’oeuvres will begin at 5:00pm .
Menu by our Host – Marinades (vegan and vegetarian options available)
Appetizers:
Grilled Bruschetta and caprese salad with homemade salsa,( buffalo mozzarella, basil and drizzled with fig infused balsamic)
Trout and mussels in garlic and a local white wine sauce
Gluten free flatbread with vegetables
Local Grass-fed Beef Honey Bourbon Meatballs
Salad:
Local Leaf lettuce with the choice of three homemade dressings
Soup:
Two soups, Roasted Portabella and Spinach Zucchini and White Bean Clear Soup (vegan and vegetarian)
Homemade Breads (Tomato and Avocado, Whole Wheat) with homemade honey butter
Main:
Butternut and Pumpkin Ravioli with a whisky sage sauce (homemade raviolis and home grown sage)
Local Lamb chips
Quinoa and wild rice stuffed multi colored peppers with homemade pasta sauce (local grown peppers and tomatoes)
Grilled roasted seasonal veggies
Dessert:
Grilled Watermelon, figs and pears with honey drizzle and optional ice cream or whipped cream
Wine:
Included with the appetizers but BYOB for the dinner.
