Not only do we have our amazing chef preparing delicious fall recipes, but the local Kegg Brewery will be on-site sharing their craft beers!

A portion of the proceeds from ticket sales will go to the Westmoreland County Food Bank, and we encourage you to bring a packaged dry good for donation as well. 

You know at SanaView Farms that we are all about natural, which is why the food and drinks are naturally brewed, grown, and raised, organic where possible, locally sourced, and include gluten-free, vegan, and vegetarian options!

Live music will be provided by lead singer, Josh Starrett, of the popular local Supper Break String Band! He was such a hit at our BBQ event that we had to bring him back for more.

All About Farm-to-Table

Instead of your ingredients being picked before they are ripe, traveling thousands of miles, being frozen and thawed, and finally making it to your plate, the farm-to-table experience at SanaView Farms will make your taste buds dance.

Our chef creates delicious meals that include organic ingredients right from our farm. If there are ingredients not from our farm, they come from other local farms – not thousands of miles away. Everything is picked once ripe, which means you get far more flavor out of every bite. Tomatoes that were once bland and hard are soft and juicy, lettuce that is crisp and tender, and garlic that bursts with flavor.

These farm-to-table experiences also feature local drink vendors. Not only is the food out-of-this-world, but the drinks are, too. This event, in particular, features Kegg Brewery, a local brewery in the Laurel Highlands. About Kegg Brewing

Their goal is to make really great tasting beer that is unique! Living close to Seven Springs Ski Resort helped them initially by supplying a thirsty market after a day of skiing. As positive feedback started rolling in, they became more ambitious and that’s where they find themselves today!

Known for their organic honey red, using local honey when possible, Kegg Brewing goes the extra mile by grinding their own grain, for a fresh taste unlike any other. The owners believe that this is the way beer should be. It should be something that they are really proud of and that shows in the quality. When and Where

This event is taking place on Sunday, October 13th from 2:00PM until 6:00PM at SanaView Farms. 

From 2:00PM to 4:00PM there will be chef-prepared hors d’oeuvres and drinks. We will also take those interested on a tour of our farm. Dinner served at 4:00PM. 

SanaView Farms is a 52 Acre Historic Landmark Organic Farm located 3 miles from the Donegal exit of I-76.

The event is taking place in our fully renovated barn which includes coverage from the elements as well as two bathrooms. We also just completed our patio roof that extends the usable space of the barn. Be prepared to bring layers depending on the weather!
